Criminal Records/Vulnerable Check:

All Rostered Personnel are required to provide a Criminal Record Check that will be retained on file for 3 years at the cost of the applicant.   

Child Abuse Registry Application:  Please fill out this application and send/drop it off to the Hockey Brandon office.  There is no charge for this.
