Game Slot Period Allocations

         Timbits Under 7 (U7) Program

         Each team is allocated Thirty-five (35) – 1 hour shared ice practice times minus applicable flood time.

         Under 9 (U9) League (Male and Female)

  • Each team is allocated twelve (12)  – 1  hour home game slots inclusive of a 10 minute flood (50 minutes on ice) for league play.
  • Each team is allocated twenty-one (21) – 1 hour shared ice practices inclusive of a 10 minute flood (50 minutes on ice).

         Under 11 (U11) Leagues (Male and Female)

  • Each team is allocated eight (8) – 1 ½ hour home game slots inclusive of a 10 minute flood (1 hour 20 minutes on ice) for league play.
  • Each team is allocated twenty-one (21) – 1 hour shared ice practices inclusive of a 10 minute flood (50 minutes on ice).

        Under 13 (U13) Leagues (Male and Female)

  • Each team is allocated eight (8) – 1 ½ hour home game slots inclusive of a 10 minute flood (1 hour 20 minutes on ice) for league play.
  • Each team is allocated thirteen (13) – 1 hour full ice practices inclusive of a 10 minute flood (50 minutes on ice).
       Under 15 (U15) Leagues ( Male and Female)
  • Each team is allocated eight (8) – 1.75 slots inclusive of a 10 minute flood (1 hour 35 minutes on ice) for league play.
  • Each team is allocated twelve (12) – 1 hour full ice practices inclusive of a 10 minute flood (50 minutes on ice).

       Under 18 (U18)  (Male and Female)

  • Each team is allocated ten (10) – 2 hour game slots inclusive of a 10 minute flood (1 hour 50 minutes on ice) for league play.
  • Each team is allocated eight (8) – 1 hour full ice practices inclusive of a 10 minute flood (50 minutes on ice).
All teams playing in Hockey Brandon B leagues will play a minimum of 3 playoff games.  Female teams playing in rural female leagues will receive equivalent ice time as used per team in their age group for Hockey Brandon B League playoff play.
(Example:  Under 11 (U11)  B league has 12 teams and 36 hours of ice are used for playoffs – 3 hours of ice used per team.  Each female Under 11 (U11) team will be allocated 3 hours of ice for rural league playoffs.)
Additional ice time may be obtained by teams; however, the cost of the additional ice time is the responsibility of the team.  
Double Roster teams will be allocated a minimum of 9 hours of ice throughout the season.
